This website provides an online project-enquiry form. It does not currently provide user accounts, comments or online purchasing.

Project enquiries

If you use the online project-enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, any company name you provide and the project information you choose to share. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive the same contact and project information, together with any drawings, images, schedules, specifications, quantities, programme information or other attachments you choose to send.

We use this information only to evaluate the project, assess technical and production requirements, prepare a response and communicate with you about the enquiry and any resulting project. We do not sell project-enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Processing, storage and retention

Online form submissions are transmitted through Resend, a third-party transactional email delivery service, so the enquiry can be delivered to Covetstar. Email and WhatsApp enquiries are processed and stored through the communication services and business systems used to receive and respond to them. A specific retention period has not yet been confirmed. Information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting project and applicable business records.

You may request deletion of enquiry information by emailing lydia@covetstar.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal records.

Files and authority to share

Only send files that you are authorised to share. Do not send confidential project information unless you have permission to provide it to Covetstar for review.

Analytics and cookies

The current website does not add advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. This notice will be updated if privacy-conscious analytics or additional website services are introduced.
